Just in time for spring, which hopefully won't be long in coming, we would like to present one of our favorite features: Our duplicate detection.
EVANA360 detects duplicates – and not just by the file name. Our data management tool automatically analyzes existing and newly added files and documents. If the content is duplicated, EVANA360 notifies users. They can then decide how to proceed. Best of all: The same document can, of course, be saved multiple times in different locations without creating an unwanted duplicate.
This not only pleases our customers – asset managers and PCs also benefit from less "junk" on the server.
