Saarbrücken, July 4, 2025 – EVANA AG is expanding its platform with a new transaction data room (EVANA-TDR) that supports digital document exchange in real estate transactions using an intelligent role and authorization system and AI-powered document extraction. Users also have access to the AI assistant Eva, which searches for, analyzes, and directly processes information from extracted documents. This provides buyers, sellers, and advisors with AI-driven support for due diligence. A central communication module with configurable question-and-answer processes further facilitates collaboration among the parties involved in the transaction process. Role assignments and notifications also give users insights into data room activity. Configurable Q&A processes allow for clearly structured and directly assigned queries.
The transaction data room is now available as an add-on for EVANA360 users or as a standalone SaaS application. The solution works across all types of real estate transactions and is ISO 27001 certified. EVANA-TDR is also GDPR, BaFin, and DORA compliant.
