Saarbrücken, July 7, 2025 EVANA AG, a leading provider of AI-powered real estate data management, has implemented an AI-based solution for analyzing and processing valuation reports in collaboration with TÜV Saarland Immobilienbewertung GmbH. Thanks to this new feature, EVANA users can now quickly and accurately evaluate even extensive reports of up to 300 pages.
Evaluation at the touch of a button
Automated data collection encompasses the systematic extraction and analysis of approximately 40 key valuation fields in real estate appraisals. The platform recognizes and interprets not only text but also visual content such as images and site plans. Extraction is performed in compliance with ISO 27001 and without intermediate data storage to meet data protection and security requirements. This new AI tool, which can be easily used with a wide variety of other document types and in other languages, will be available as Software as a Service (SaaS) independently of other EVANA offerings.
