Saarbrücken, March 6, 2025 – EVANA AG has reached the next stage in the ongoing development of its EVANA AI. Thanks to finely tuned, proprietary AI models, built upon the already powerful AI models from Microsoft and OpenAI, reliable and accurate document classification and data extraction are now possible. While initially focused on the real estate industry, the models can be easily adapted to virtually any sector. The transfer of data to international documents in new languages has already been successfully initiated with English and French documents, and more languages will follow shortly. After document classification, the documents are sorted into customizable folder structures. The results are then returned in the user's chosen language. "This means we are no longer limited to the DACH region – the whole world is now open to us," explains Süleyman Acar, CEO of EVANA AG.
Further development of image recognition
As part of the ongoing development, EVANA AI's extraction capabilities have also been improved. Thanks to enhanced image recognition, visual content, for example in real estate appraisals, is now interpreted to gain deeper insights into the documents fully automatically – and thanks to the integration of large language models (LLM), land registers and contracts no longer pose any obstacles to extraction.

In addition, collaboration between international teams will be significantly facilitated. These are important milestones for our development team, which have been achieved in recent weeks.
