It reads documents, images, and scans and performs automatic document classification for over 400 types. This allows it to convert unstructured content into structured data in minutes. EVANA 360, EVANA TDR, and the EVA assistant are based on this technology. Customized solutions for specific use cases are also available upon request.

EVANA AI's automatic document classification reliably sorts incoming documents into the correct scheme. Trained since 2015, and now based on more than 20 million data points, it achieves a success rate of over 98 percent.
Scans, images, and mixed files are also captured. You upload them, EVANA AI organizes, renames, and files them in a structured way. This allows you to focus on the content.
