Saarbrücken, December 5, 2023 Ampega, the asset manager of the Talanx Group, has chosen EVANA360 as its document management system (DMS) for real estate asset management. Onboarding the documents for its portfolio of over 100 properties into the EVANA360 inventory data room was completed within two weeks. Further implementation measures are being supported by the EVANA team at the competence center.
Onboarding with EVANA AI
Ampega uses EVANA360 for file-format-independent document management. The DMS was specifically developed for the needs of real estate asset management and adapts to user requirements. For onboarding, Ampega and EVANA used a standardized scripting process for faster filing. This was based on Ampega's existing folder and filing structure. The team also relied on EVANA AI for automated capture and sorting. The algorithm recognizes the approximately 360 most common document types in real estate asset management, extracts the contained information, and stores files and information in the appropriate structures. Final quality assurance is carried out by the Ampega team in collaboration with EVANA's competence center. This process reduces the workload for Ampega, increases efficiency and employee satisfaction in the future, and saves considerable time when filing and searching for documents and information. The use of EVANA360 not only enables the management of the diverse real estate documentation in terms of content, volume, and formats.
All of this is concentrated in one place. EVANA's automatic filing and naming of classified documents, as well as its automated removal of duplicates, further simplify the work process.
