Frankfurt am Main, 15th July 2021 – The standards of the EVANA360 platform in the data protection and data security archiving of documents and data are certified by TÜV Saarland. The document management tool contains all applications from the application catalog of the archives of TÜV Saarland. EVANA is also one of the small data room platforms, which have been approved by Bafin for controlled inspections. Provision is made under other conditions of technical and organizational activities for collection, electronic training and testing of documents with GoBD, HGB, UstG, BGB AO and data protection. EVANA360 has completed the certification of the basic information of the IT security for the appropriate state of the art in the registration of the IT protection according to the BSI and the international standard for information security (ISO / IEC 27001). The contracted certificate has been validated by EVANA.
