Frankfurt am Main, 09. August 2021 – EVANA has moved its cloud-based document management solution EVANA360 from Amazon Web Services to the Microsoft Azure Cloud. In the future, Microsoft Azure Germany and MongoDB will serve for document and database hosting. Current server locations are Germany (Frankfurt) and Switzerland (Zurich), here the highest applicable data protection regulations are met.

“The move from AWS to Microsoft Azure was a tour de force and took almost a year to complete. It is another milestone on our mission to provide the highest security standards in the industry. Microsoft is strongly committed to meeting European and German compliance requirements and is regularly audited by the Collaborative Cloud Audit Group (CCAG), which was established by Deutsche Börse in 2017. This is essential for essential IT outsourcing,” explains Sascha Donner, Chief Innovation and Product Office at EVANA AG.

Furthermore, he adds: “The further connection to Microsoft also takes into account our users, who are increasingly relying on Microsoft products. We have therefore already implemented an integration of Microsoft Office and Outlook in our platform. Further integrations of Microsoft products will follow shortly. Azure Cognitive Services will also give us access to even more power for EVANA360’s specific AI requirements. In addition, Microsoft offers significantly better regional availability of data centers in our core markets. All in all, a clear added value for us and our customers.”

EVANA AG, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main and Saarbrücken, Germany, has developed the EVANA360 platform, which digitally maps companies in the real estate industry in a holistic manner. With the help of artificial intelligence, all relevant data from documents, processes and external sources is extracted, structured and intelligently evaluated. The platform can be used to map various structures with a very high level of detail, from the property to the company level. By centrally merging and standardizing the data, EVANA integrates previous partial solutions. Companies thus gain a comprehensive, transparent and secure basis for decision-making. The self-learning platform can be individually adapted on a modular basis and docked onto any existing enterprise software. It thus forms the digital heart of every company in the real estate industry. The PropTech’s technology partners and customers include leading companies in the real estate and legal industries. Currently, EVANA has around 100 employees. Founded in 2015, the PropTech has won several awards for its technological solution and is involved in research in the field of artificial intelligence.
