Data protection is important to us. EVANA’s new anonymization tool aims to facilitate compliance with current GDPR requirements for companies regarding the anonymization of personal data. During larger projects, customers have repeatedly asked us for a tool to anonymize sensitive passages of documents. Our AI solution, which has been successfully used to sort and name documents and extract data for over two years, is also capable of identifying and anonymizing personal data in a fast, effective and automated process. Now our customers can also benefit from those capabilities. The feature will be available for all relevant document types and different languages. Just like data protection, real estate management is not restricted by national borders. As such, EVANA continues its constant path of internationalization.
